Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for a leader who doesn't need to be reminded to lead.

Someone who can see the bigger picture without losing sight of the details. Someone who understands that great client service requires more than completing deliverables. It requires strong relationships, thoughtful strategy, and a team that takes pride in its work.

You should be comfortable having difficult conversations, setting expectations, and holding people accountable while also being someone your team trusts and respects.

We're especially interested in candidates who:

  • Take initiative and solve problems independently

  • Know how to coach employees rather than simply manage their tasks

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and colleagues

  • Recognize when to step in, when to delegate, and when to empower others

  • Can establish structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

  • Thrive in a growing, fast-paced agency environment

  • Care deeply about the quality of their work and their team's success
