Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Account Executive to serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, keeping projects on track, and ensuring strategy and execution align seamlessly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can think both strategically and tactically, and is passionate about delivering high-quality work that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication across email, Slack, calls, and meetings

  • Lead content planning efforts, including building and managing content calendars in collaboration with the creative team

  • Coordinate and oversee client projects from kickoff through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

  • Review content (social media, design, video) to ensure alignment with brand voice, strategy, and client expectations

  • Manage client approvals, feedback, and revisions, communicating clearly with both clients and internal teams

  • Participate in and help lead client strategy calls, providing insights and recommendations

  • Assist in developing campaign strategies and marketing initiatives that align with client goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, leadership) to ensure cohesive execution across all platforms

  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to reporting, helping identify wins, opportunities, and next steps

  • Support on-site activations and content days as needed, including travel

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Experience with social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing strategies

  • Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting ideas

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Slack, or similar) is a plus

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Fairmont, West Virginia
